MTM Media Productions provides photo retouching services. We requires full payment when you submit your order for Services, unless otherwise agreed upon by both Parties. You can request a quote before purchasing. You can learn more about our services by visiting our website.

Account Creation, and Passwords

As a condition to using certain products and services of the Service, User may be required to register with MTM Media Productions and select a password. User shall provide MTM Media Productions with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of User’s account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify MTM Media Productions immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by MTM Media Productions or any other user or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your username, password or account.

Rights We Grant to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make use of the Site, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial, entertainment use of the Content (the “License”). This License shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or MTM Media Productions. You promise and agree that you are using the Content for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content.

All MTM Media Productions trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features are the sole property of MTM Media Productions You agree to abide by our User guidelines and not to use the Site, the Content, or any part in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Path grants no right, title, or interest to you in the Site or Content.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

1. Payment and Extended Credit

MTM Media Productions requires all individual clients to pay for work in full upfront before work begins. Payment methods are Flutterwave, local bank transfer, credit card. Corporate clients can be extended credit, subject to satisfactory reference checks and at the discretion of MTM Media Productions. Any client with extended credit will have to sign an agreement sent by a team member. Payment for the work will not be required more than 4 (four) days after delivery. MTM Media Productions may also allow for repeated monthly payment options. Under this national system, clients pay monthly for all services rendered during that period. MTM Media Productions reserves the right to cancel any extended credit payments to any client at any time. All expenses will be agreed in advance.

2. Quality Guarantee & Refunds

MTM Media Productions strives to provide the highest quality service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your project, we will make reasonable corrections and corrections as necessary, all corrections and refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject an amendment request if the client changes the requirements from which it was originally requested. If the edited images follow the same standard value as the approved sample image, MTM Media Productions will not be able to return that order. We understand that sometimes things change beyond our control, so we may be able to adjust the pictures to meet your needs at a lower cost. Any modifications made as part of our quality guarantee are without the prior approval of MTM Media Productions or its affiliates. Payments for quotes can be purchased directly from MTM Media Productions. If the customer has downloaded their images and is unable to provide a valid reason for the dissatisfaction, no refund will be provided.

3. Prices

Prices may vary for a given service. MTM Media Productions may change the price for pre-paid work or credit (for products that have not yet been paid) and will contact you for any price changes before confirming a new order. As permitted by local law, you agree to the new price by continuing to use the MTM Media Productions service once the price change takes effect. MTM Media Productions reserves the right to modify our prices from time to time and this will have an immediate impact on relevant services. We cannot notify clients of these changes but unless there is a separate agreement with a client, they will see the price before confirming a new order.

Seal of Quality

At MTM Media Productions, we bring utmost quality to our clients and in any event when the latter is not satisfied with the final output, we will consider doing corrections and adjustments for no additional payment. Client shall notify the company in writing within 2 days upon receipt of the order for any evident defect made by post processing the image. Beyond the said period, claiming of defects shall be dismissed.
A delivery shall only be deemed defective if it does not conform to technical standards of image editing services. Color differences shall not be identified as defects. Furthermore, a loss in quality of the final delivery due to prior quality issues (poor original file) shall not be classified as defective. An order shall not be deemed defective also when it is outside the agreed services to be rendered. If original instruction is to only remove photo background, then no defects shall be claimed not related to background removal.

Permissions You Give to MTM Media Productions

We do not claim ownership of your pictures, but you grant us a license to use it to promote our business through advertisement. This permission dosen’t involve nude photos or other images that could spoil our client’s reputation when released to the public. This permission can be rejected by the client only when they contact MTM Media Productions and ask not to release their photos to the public. In a case where by the client doesn't reject this permission, then the permission to use it becomes active.

Copyright Notice

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of MTM Media Productions or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property MTM Media Productions. and international copyright laws. All software used on (or provided through) the Site is the property of MTM Media Productions or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. All rights reserved.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

• You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.

• You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
